Jazmyn at Josh Turner's concert !

Jazmyn is a big fan of the song "Firecracker" by Josh Turner. She knows several of his other songs too. She really likes his LOW LOW voice and seems to think he is pretty cool. My mom and I usually go to some of the fair concerts and knew that Jazzy would love to see Josh Turner live! It was a perfect night for the fair. It was more like CC fair weather...only getting up to about 80* all day. We had so much fun seeing Jazmyn's reactions to everything that the day held. Here are some snapshots from the concert. .....and there he is.....MR. FIRECRACKER himself! The music started before he ever came out and Jazmyn immediately said, "mommy, that's my song!" Sure enough, he was opening the show with her favorite!

As you can see, Jazmyn was thrilled with his appearance. It was a concert just for her or so she thought. She kept telling me, "mommy, I want to go see him. " When I would tell her that we were seeing him, and that we had the whole evening just to listen to him sing, she wasn't happy with that. She said, " No Mommy, I want to GO see him." She wanted to go meet him and talk to him!!! It broke my heart to explain to her why we couldnt do that and how we would be trampled by thousands of other crazed fans!~! Overall she had a great time.

Even the beloved Josh Turner couldnt keep a sleepy eyed little one awake! She passed out just before the fireworks! It was a great evening though!
